I confirm that the above mentioned company was appointed by City Home Strata Management Pty Ltd to waterproof the concrete roof structure of a 17 story building (1-17 Elsie Street Burwood SP85916) which is approximately 10 years old and the original waterproofing had failed.

The work was completed on a timely basis with a very competitive quote and completed work
was signed off by Belmont Engineering Pty Ltd which is a well known and respected engineering company registered in NSW. MBM provided a 15 year unconditional warranty in lieu of the required 6 years under NSW fair trading requirements. MBM’s attention to detail is first class and other work completed at this building has also been excellent.

In my capacity as building manager I conducted random inspections of their work and found their work to always be at a very high standard. I was pleased to observe that all products used were premium grade.
